c)        the truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or silverdove employees across all of the Websites;

d)      the ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service;

e)        minimum levels of Connections to Readers;

f)        incorrect use by You of the Service;

g)       any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.

For courses and workshops either a deposit or full payment is required. For cancellations, 3 weeks prior to the event 50% of paid amount is refundable, 2 weeks 25% is refundable, less than 2 weeks cancellation 0% is refundable to the client. In the event a course or workshop is cancelled by Silverdove 100% refund is applicable.
